Is it possible to have Late Stage enable for specific Job Requisition templates?

Currently, in the way the Late Stage feature is designed, if enabled in Provisioning, it will apply for all Job Requisitions templates and the "Add To Requisition" button will be available for the operators. You can only permission the "Invite to Apply" button for further In-Progress statuses.
