2882962 - error 4352 while loading tran dump - SAP ASE

LOAD TRAN on a db with shrunk log segments fails with Error 4352 - with traceflag 3182 we see -

This is an erroneous message. Actual issue that the location for the shrunk segments is marked incorrectly in sysusages.

Marked as 11 when it should be 9.
