2883012 - LMS Schema's are not available in ORD

Symptom

  1. Admin and User Domains are missing in ORD
  2. Configuration related to LMS is set correctly in Provisioning and Analytics
  3. Roles are created at LMS end providing access to all Workflows related to Admin and User Domains.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

  • Analytics & Reporting(Ad Hoc, YouCalc, ORD)

                 Online Report Designer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in into instance from any of the Browsers
  2. Click Reporting
  3. Create an ORD Live Data report
  4. Expand Learning Module under Add section no schemas will be available for reporting

Cause

LMS side configuration is missing

Resolution

 Under Learning Administration--->System Admin ----> Configuration ----> System Configuration ---> BizX ---> Tenant id should be replaced with Company id
