2883013 - Error Message:The action SUBMIT_FOR_APPROVAL is not possible. Refresh the screen and try again. If the problem persists, report an incident.

When you try to submit the project base line for approval you get this error

error may also appear as"Action not executed; data has been changed in parallel session"

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Project management work center
2. Go to Baselines view
3. Search for respective project
4. Select it and click on approval tab and choose submit approval

 You will get this errors

The project type is marked as Obsolete in business configuration

1. Go to Business configuration work center
2. Go to Implementation projects
3. Select  the relavent project
4. Click on Activity tasks button
5. Go to fine tune activity
6. Search for Project types
7. Select the project type used in your project
8. Uncheck it under Obsolete column

   2863781 - Error Message:You cannot start or release a project without an active baseline
