How to disable the export to CSV / PDF feature in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC):

• Is it possible to disable the export to CSV / PDF option in SAP Analytics Cloud?
• How to restrict export to CSV / PDF feature by User?

• SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise) 2020.2.0

Exporting to CSV

1. Log in to SAP Analytics Cloud
2. Navigate to Menu > Browse > Files
3. Click on a Model and click "Data Management"
4. At the top right click "Export Model as File"

Exporting to PDF

1. Log in to SAP Analytics Cloud
2. Navigate to a story
3. At the top left click the "Save" icon and click "Export"

• The Exporting to CSV feature can only be disabled on a per model basis by using the model preference "Restrict Export to CSV". For more information please refer to the Exporting Data documentation.
• The Exporting to PDF feature cannot be disabled as this is a limitation by design.

This limitation is currently behaviour by design. Please create an enhancement request for Development to consider adding this as a feature in a future wave of SAP Analytics Cloud.
