2883193 - SAP AS Java fails to start due to presence of several invalid licenses

The right license has been added, but the SAP NetWeaver Application Server for Java (AS Java) fails to start. The below error is logged in the trace files (default trace file, std_server<x> and dev_server<x>):

The NetWeaver Administrator (NWA) Licenses section is also not available.
