In the job log or flow trace you find one of the following error messages:

The document file &1 could not be checked into the SAP database, D9 465

OR

ERROR-INFO: WWP_DOPUT 0, C$ 137
Error while checking in and storing: rxxxxxxx.DOC, 26 253
Saving document data has failed, C$ 833

OR

WWP_DOPUT 0, C$ 137
File cannot be opened, 26 107
Saving document data has failed, C$ 833
