2883428 - Internal Hire is not supported for non EC user - EC

• Error message is appearing when hiring non-ec user as Internal Hire from Onboarding to Employee Central.
• Error received in Manage Pending Hire: Internal Hire is not supported for non EC user

SAP Successfactors Employee Central Suite Integration

1. Go to Manage Pending Hire
2. Select the non-ec user - Internal Hire
3. Upon clicking the "Internal Hire" button
4. Error message will appear "Internal Hire is not supported for non EC user"
5. Click OK
6. End user can still hire the non-ec user.

This is expected when the Employee is not presented in EC. The Employee can have a profile but there is no Job Information present which will be comprehended by the system as a non-ec user.

When employee is non-ec user, the end user should be able to get an error message saying "Internal Hire is not supported for non EC user" and after clicking "OK", the system will take the end-user to PP3 hire page (Add New Employee) and from there, the end-user will be able to hire the non-ec internal hire.
