2883471 - SNOTE fails with error "Error while reading the ZIP content of tile<path>/<Note Number>_00.ZIP"

Symptom

  • While downloading any note in SNOTE an error occurs during the step "Save file on Application Server"
  • System is configured to use the HTTP Protocol for downloading Digitally Signed SAP Notes
  • The error message is "Error while reading the ZIP content of tile<path>/<Note Number>_00.ZIP" Similar to:

    2883471-1.jpg
  • In the <DIR_TRANS> you will see the note SAR file was downloaded and extracted to <NOTE_NUMBER_00.ZIP<6 random characters)
