2883480 - Error DB612 happens in App Run Settlement - Orders - Actual (Collective)

You get error DB612 error when you perform order settlement collectively.

2. Input variant that is already created

Due to a program error in releases before S/4HANA CE 1911, you get variants in the value help like SAP&PM which are not valid.
That program error is fixed in CE 1911 already, but the screen of the App Run Settlement - Orders - Actual (Collective) still shows invalid variants until this App ran for the first time.
The app shows valid variant after a first initial run using a valid variant. The first run can also be done in test mode.

Please open the App and choose selection method "Standard Selection for Internal Orders" first. (The initial selection method RKOSEL00 cannot be used.)
Now choose an existing variant or create a new variant.
With such a valid variant run (Test Run), the next time the initial screen will provide only valid variants in the value help.
