Multiple apprentice management notifications are triggered from the system to wrong recipients since Q4 2019

Since Q4 2019, apprentice notifications for shared events are going to all supervisors and HR managers, even when:

1. The user is unrelated to the apprentice
2. The notification checkboxes are unchecked.

This has led to hundreds of emails flooding the inboxes of HR Managers, and operational supervisors.

This issue is reported as defect (ECT-128648) to Engineering team

Please raise an case to SAP SuccessFactors Cloud Product Support under LOD-SF-EC-APM component.
