2883524 - Freely Defined Currency display in reports

You have activated Freely Defined Currency (FDC) in Company Code configuration. In reports Cost Centers - Actuals, Cost Centers - Plan/Actuals, Profit Centers - Actuals, Profit Centers - Plan/Actuals, you can't see the FDC fields.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Please follow the description below and create a data source extension for relevant Apps:

Create a data source extension for Cost Center Plan/Actuals
1. Use App Custom Fields and Logic
2. Go to tab “Data Source Extension” and create a new one by pressing button “+”
3. Choose query “Cost Center – Plan/Actuals” as Data Source
“Cost Center Plan Actual” as Description
“YY1_ COSTCENTERPLANACTUAL” as Extension ID
4. Press button “Create”
5. Under tab “Field Selection” expand “I_ActualPlanJrnlEntryItemCube”
6. Select desired fields like “Act Amt in FD Crcy 1”, “Pln Amt in FD Crcy 1”, …
7. Result: “YY1_FreeDefinedCurrency1”, “YY1_ActualAmountInFreeDfn”, “YY1_PlanAmountInFreeDefin” are under tab “Selected Fields”
8. Save and Publish this Data Source Extension
Now you find the desired fields like “Pln Amt in FD Crcy 1”, “Act Amt in FD Crcy 1” in “Cost Center – Plan/Actuals” if you call this App.

Do the same for other Apps.
