Symptom
- In general Customers, Vendors and Business Partners share the same address data.
- However there are cases in which the customer and vendor have different address data , ie. Email address and Telephone numbers.
- In such an instance, when syncing the information from Customer to Business Partner the address data of the customer is shared with the business partner and thus becomes the default address.
- When the Vendor address is then synced (in this case a different email address to that of the customer) the default email address of the Business Partner is overwritten , and the Vendor email address details then replace this as the defualt email address.
