2883812 - Fiori Launchpad Designer: Incorrect tile count - Error, Internal Server Error in OData response - CSOL-conflict on any edits or changes

• In SAP Fiori Launchpad Designer, there seems to be some discrepancy on the Catalog search panel returned wherein the Catalog returned shows a different count number than the actual number of tiles
• Example:
1. User types a search for Catalog = ZX_  <-- Where X could be any character
2. The Catalog search returns a list of catalogs that starts with ZX_ in the list
•  The results could be:

  ZA_123   2  (<--this number is the returned number of tile count in the catalog)
  ZB_ABC   5 (<--this number is the returned number of tile count in the catalog)
  ZC_XYZ   7 (<--this number is the returned number of tile count in the catalog)

• In the above returned, the count of the actual tile in the catalog is wrong (For this example: Let us say the actual tile count for ZA_123 is actually 5 not 2)
• When the user/designer tries changing or tries to attempt to edit the Fiori Launchpad, the following error shows up:

• When the designer/user tries to delete tiles, the count goes negative
• When the designer/user tries to add tiles and an error or exception occurs
