Resolution

Open Enrollment and Unsupervised Mentoring Programs:

It is not possible for anybody to remove themselves from a mentoring program, this includes mentors, mentees, and admins The only method would be to cancel the mentoring relationship and no longer actively participate. However if there is an individual who cannot fulfill the mentoring relationship commitment, their status would need to set as Unavailable to avoid participation.

To set status as Unavailable as a Mentor/Mentee

  1. Development
  2. Mentoring
  3. Select Program
  4. Set Status to Unavailable:

Supervised Programs:

Mentoring administrators and program owners can add or remove mentors and mentees in Admin Center  Manage Mentoring Programs after a supervised program is launched and initial mentors and mentees are matched.

This enhancement is from a Customer Influence Idea. It provides customers with greater flexibility in managing supervised mentoring programs.

To remove a Mentor/Mentee as an Admin

  1. Manage Mentoring Progam
  2. Select a Supervised Program
  3. Go to Mentors/Mentees
  4. Select the delete option
