2883923 - Adding Users in Assigned To in Interview Scheduling is not saving - Recruiting Management

Users could not be added in Assigned To in Interview Scheduling.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Recruiting -> Interview Scheduling Tab

2. Choose one requisition and click on Interviews

3. On the Assigned To columns, click the number and add a User

For ex: We will be adding user "Aanya Singh" to Assigned To

4. Once clicked, the user will not be Saved.

Expected behavior should be:

Once you searched for the User, this will be automatically added to Assigned To.

There is a new feature after b1911 and this is the Autocomplete Search for People Search which affected the User search save in the UI.

Autocomplete Search for People Search - The search widget is enhanced to provide autocomplete with additional employment information. The autocomplete search provides search suggestions, and the advanced people search lets you view multiple employments information for a user by name or user ID. The search results are Role-Based Permissions to provide information on a need-to-know basis.

This is a known issue that the fix will be deployed in b2005.

As for the workaround to avoid this kind of scenario, kindly enable the "Disable Universal Person Auto-Complete Search" in Provisioning.
