Symptom

  • Running multiple updates to the same objects at the same time.
  • ASE errorlog reports Error 8201 with a stack trace:

Error: 8201, Severity: 26, State: 6
Keep count of descriptor (objid=2013966251, dbid=5) was expected to be 1. Instead 0 was found.

  • Stack trace includes functions:

des_unkeep

s_execute
