Project Invoice Request Preview Not Working

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Project Management work center.
  2. Go to the Invoice Preparation view.
  3. Go to Project Invoice Requests subview.
  4. Show All Project Invoice Requests and find the project invoice request ID to be preview.
  5. Choose the Preview button here you can see preview doesnot generates.

Cause

Sender/Supplier country form template is missing.

Resolution

  1. Go to Application and User Management work center.
  2. Go to Form Template Maintenance.
  3. Choose the customer invoice template.
  4. Select the Country same as sender/supplier country.
