2884410 - CDS based data extraction: Delta capability and Full

• You want to know which kind of CDS views are Full or Delta enabled.
• After a successful Initialization, the standard / customized CDS view always extracts ZERO record by a Delta extraction.
• CDC method (changeDataCapture) doesn't work as expected.
  There might be many strange errros like:
  Annotation ANALYTICS.DATAEXTRACTION.DELTA.CHANGEDATACAPTURE.A (view level) is not supported
