The sign button is not visible on the form when a specific user is added to the Signature Stage of the route map.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1. In the Route Map, select a Signature step.

2. For the Step Type, select "User".

3. Find a User to add and save the route map.

In the Signature Stage, this specific user is unable to see the Sign button on the form:

• If a "None" permission restriction has been granted for All roles in All Route Steps, this will include the specific "User", and they will not see the Sign button.
• The specific "User" added in the route map step does not have a role within the route map or form template permissions, therefore it is not possible to explicitly configure the permission for this user for the "Sign" button.

The example below shows that only a Manager (EM) role can select the Sign button on a Signature step:

• In the Form Template, all button permissions are granted to all roles at all route steps by default.
• Therefore, if you want a specific "User" to have permission to the "Sign" button, remove the "None" permission restriction for All Roles at All route steps, and instead only set the "None" restriction per certain roles and selected route steps as required.
