2884819 - Customer Invoice Does Not Appear in Output VAT Domestic Register Tax Return For Country Italy

•  You are conducting an Output VAT Domestic Register VAT Return for Italy but Customer Invoice ABC is missing in the preview of the VAT Return (where ABC is the Customer Invoice ID).

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Tax Management Work Center.
2. Go to the VAT Returns View.
3. Select VAT Returns in Preparation, search for XXX (where XXX is the VAT Return ID).
4. Press Preview.

You can see that Customer Invoice ABC is missing in the VAT Return. You expect it to be there.

The Customer Invoice ABC has a Tax Code YYY (where YYY is the Tax Code ID) with a corresponding Tax Event ZZZ (where ZZZ is the Tax Event ID). This Tax Event is a reverse charge Tax Event. For reverse charge Tax Events they will not appear in the Output VAT Domestic Register VAT Return for Italy.

The system behavior is correct. The Customer Invoice with this Tax Event should not appear there.
