Dimension/Hierarchy processing takes a very long time. In SM50 you see program SAPLRS_GENERAL responsible for much of this time.

Generating a call stack via [SM50 → select the Work Process → Administration → Work Process → Write Call Stack] shows the following at the top of the stack in the corresponding Work Process dev (dev_w<nn>) file:
