2884912 - After switching to the new Outside Discovery SLDReg fails with error: "No destination registered. SLDReg Create Failed"

After switching to the new Outside Discovery  that is performed by SAP Host Agent, when executing the SLDReg to register a data supplier it fails with the error message: "No destination registered. SLDReg Create Failed"
