When user tries to open the candidate profile extension on the candidate profile they are getting the error below.

Cause
User is missing the permission "Access to non-secured objects".
Resolution
User needs to have the permission Access to non-secured objects under Metadata Framework. It is no longer possible access the MDF objects that are not secured if you don't have permission to. Previously, in some cases, the user could access non-secured objects even if you didn't have the necessary permissions assigned to the user in question.
