SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

As of now, it is not possible to change the font of the RCM External Career Site. The only thing that can be changed in the RCM External career site is its theme, that will be related to the colors, image and the text which is displayed of the career site. This is configured in Manage Recruiting Sites > Manage Recruiting Sites Themes.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing is more flexible, allowing you to create a career site that will allow you to configure fonts, images, and much more.
