2885137 - Data Subject Information standard Employee Central fields is not appearing in the report - Employee Central

When trying to use some Employee Central fields on Data Subject Information tool, you are unable to find in the report standard fields such contract-date under job information or end-date under employment information for example.

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Admin Tools

1. Go to Data Subject Information
2. Click on Configuration
3. Click on Biographical Information -> PerPerson

Result: You are unable to find contract-date within Job Information entity or even end-date within Employment Information (example).

The standard field is not part of the entity chosen.

You can double check if the field is part of the entity looking at the data object tables handbook:

In the example provided, you can see in the data object tables that contract-date don't belongs Job Information entity neither end-date belongs Employment Information.
