2885150 - Item XXXX/YYYYYYY: Logical system is not assigned to sender component

When creating Revenue Accounting Items (RAIs), they are not visible through the RAI monitor (t-code FARR_RAI_MONITOR). The system raises the following error message:

"No items found that match the selection parameters."

Ensure the following prerequisites are met:

1. Item Relevance for Revenue Accounting:

   • At least one of the items in the order is marked as "Relevant for Revenue Accounting."

2. Revenue Accounting Item Classes:

   • Ensure Revenue Accounting Item Classes are consistent, updated, and their interfaces are correctly generated.
   • Verify in t-code FARR_IMG:
     • Revenue Accounting > Inbound Processing (Classic) > Revenue Accounting Items > Maintain Revenue Accounting Items Classes.
     • Revenue Accounting > Inbound Processing (Classic) > Revenue Accounting Items > Generate Interfaces for Revenue Accounting Items Classes.

3. Configuration of Accounting Principles and Company Codes:

   • Ensure accounting principles and company codes are configured and that company codes are assigned to accounting principles.
   • Verify in t-code FARR_IMG:
     • Revenue Accounting > Revenue Accounting Contracts (Classic) OR Revenue Accounting Contracts > Configure Accounting Principle-specific Settings
     • Revenue Accounting > Revenue Accounting Contracts (Classic) OR Revenue Accounting Contracts > Assign Company Codes to Accounting Principles.

4. SD and RAR Integration:

   • If SD is used, ensuring SD and RAR integration is active. If SD and RAR are in the same system, the destination must be "NONE" or left blank.
   • Verify in t-code SPRO:
     • Sales and Distribution > Revenue Accounting and Reporting > Integrate with Revenue Accounting and Reporting

Check t-code SM58 for the following error:

"Item XXXX/YYYYYYY: Logical system is not assigned to sender component

Message no. SR053"
