2885177 - Interview Scheduling token giving the wrong interview date

When a candidate has booked an interview the token [[INTERVIEW_SCHEDULING_INTERVIEW_DATE]] provides the wrong date for the candidate.

1. Candidate goes to my interviews on the career portal.
2. Select times slot for interview. 
3. Candidate receives email with wrong date

Expected Behavior

When creating a email notification for the interview date in an email the correct token to use is [[INTERVIEW_DATE]]. This token will resolve in both the email and sms.

The difference between the tokens can be seen in the below table.

Please note: The date format is based on the users local. eg if the user receives the email in English US the date format will be MM/DD/YYYY compared to if the user receives the email in German the format will be DD/MM/YYYY.
