  • Trying to send incident to SAP
  • SOLMAN_INCIDENT_UPD application log is showing the error:
    HTTP error 401 when sending data to SAP via destination SM_SP_<VAR customer id>_H
    Message No. SOLMAN_SAP_BACKEND031
    Data transfer to SAP via HTTP connection failed
