Symptom
One of the following symptoms can be seen in the Diagnostic Agents:
- The agent does not start
- The agent is not connecting to the Solution Manager system
- Unable to Trust the agent in Agent Admin UI
- In the SMDSystem.log or in the Default Trace you can see the following error message:
Error Ping failed (java.rmi.RemoteException) java.rmi.RemoteException: The agent <agent name> is not known. Rejecting ping.
