2885308 - MB52: Short dump when display in "Hierarchical Representation" mode

Symptom

Runtime Error GETWA_NOT_ASSIGNED in Program SAPLKKBL happens when you search via T-code MB52 in "Hierarchical Representation" mode.

You check the ST22 log and find this issue is caused by missing assignment for <sf1> in Include LKKBLF98 / Form DATA_OUT_HS.
