2885314 - JPB Data is not Consistent with legacy data

After migrating to Job Profile Builder, or due to other issues, there are inconsistencies between JPB and JDM data.

In case there are inconsistencies between family, role and competency data between JPB and legacy, we will be able to see it when comparing the objects in Manage Job Profile Content with what is displayed in Talent Modules such as Performance Form, or career worksheet, as they currently consume legacy data, and not Job Profile Builder Data directly.

In order to fix this and make sure that the legacy data is consistent with Job Profile Builder Data you can edit and save the affected object, as it will synchronize it’s information back to the legacy object.

For example, if I have a role that has data that doesn’t match to what is displaying in legacy, for example, the competencies assigned to this role are not displaying in the forms, or it has a different description, or it is assigned to a different family, I can go to Manage Job Profile Content, and find that particular role:

After finding the role and clicking on it, click on save without doing any changes:

This will trigger the synchronization between Job Profile Builder and Legacy object, which will make sure they will have consistent data.

Note that for Forms, you will have to launch them again so that the changes are reflected.
