Symptom

 This KBA is about the disablement of TLS V 1.1 (Transport Layer Security) on SFSF hosted Boomi atoms URLs and SuccessFactors API endpoint URLs

Resolution

Disablement zDate

  • Check “TLS 1.1 Disablement Schedule” in KBA 2861289
  • Refer to “HXM Suite” column in table for API schedule

FAQ:

Q1. Is SuccessFactors API endpoint URL is going to disable T1.1?

Ans. Yes. TLS1.1 would be disabled for API endpoint URLs too.

 

Q2. Is SF hosted DELL atom server URL going to disable TLS1.1?

Ans. Yes. TLS 1.1 would be disabled. It would support TLS1.2

 

Q3. Who should get impacted by this change?

Ans. Boomi customers using SF hosted atom.

     As TLS1.1 would be disabled for API endpoint URL too, Customers triggering API call from client which does not support TLS1.2 would get impacted.

 

Q4. Would inbound Integration in DELL boomi get impacted due to this?

Ans. No impact. Inbound communication with TLS1.2 is supported on SF hosted cloud atoms.

 

Q5. Is any action required from customer’s end who are using SF hosted cloud atom?

Ans. No action is required.

 

Q6. Is there any action required from customers using local atom?

Ans. If customer’s process is connecting to SuccessFactors endpoint URL then customer needs to make sure their local atom server supports TLS1.2 and above.
