Is there a way to create a link that will start a conversation with a WhatsApp number?

This is something handled outside SuccessFactors, but if you want to embed a link for a WhatsApp number to start a conversation, you should create a link tag into your website, and use a URL like this: https://wa.me/15551234567. When the candidate clicks on the link, it will start a new conversation on the WhatsApp Application with the number found in there.
