2885892 - HEC: BI 4.x: SQL Server java Class not found in classpath

Symptom

When using the Information Design Tool (IDT) in server middleware mode, as is necessary when BI is hosted in the cloud (HEC), and trying to create a JDBC connection to an MS SQL database, the following error is thrown:

java Class not found in classpath : com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerDriver
