2885916 - Reporting period "From" always starts with "01" when displaying Financial Statements with report RFBILA00

Symptom

When you display Financial Statements with report RFBILA00 (T-code F.01), you find that Reporting periods "From" always starts with "01" even though other value (like 02, 03) is entered.

The "From" value (Like 02, 03) you entered is ignored.
