SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

In 'E-mail Notification Template Settings', enable the Employee Transfer Notification:

Trigger a Manager Transfer for an Employee, where the Automatic Document Transfer settings are enabled in the form templates.

• The Employee Transfer Notification will be sent when the documents related to the employee are transferred to the new manager.
• This email is not a batched notification - it will be sent at the time the Manager transfer occurs.
• The Employee Transfer Notification will be sent only when 'Automatic insertion of new manager as next document recipient if not already ' is enabled.

Recipients of this notification:

• Form Subject (Employee)
• New Manager
• Old Manager

Supported tokens:

• [[XFER_TO_NAME]] - New Manager
• [[XFER_FROM_NAME]] - Old Manager
• [[EMP_NAME]] - Form Subject (Employee)
• [[DOC_LIST]] - List of forms transferred
• [[SIGNATURE]] - Email Signature
