SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central: Benefits Management

1. Go to any employee profile > benefits overview for employee who is eligible for benefits mentioned within benefit program
2. We do not see the benefit program shown

Benefit program do not have the entitlement amount set in field 'Entitlement Amount', or set via 'Eligibility Rule' within benefit program object

As mentioned in the guide, please maintain any one of the below:

• Maintain the benefit entitlement amount

OR

• Create an eligibility rule under benefit object to set benefit program.entitlement amount
