2886034 - Dump While Previewing Balance Confirmation

You are trying to preview a Balance Confirmation for an Account who is also an employee and dump occurs.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Receivables work center.
2. Go to the Balance Confirmation View.
3. Select Balance Confirmation XX [represents Balance Confirmation Id] and Click on Preview.
4. Click on Send Options/Print.
5. A dump error message appears. 

The Balance Confirmation preview cannot be performed for private accounts due to GDPR guidelines.

It is not possible to create balance confirmations for business partners that are employees as well as accounts.

Please note, the system will pick one address at a time and since the Balance Confirmation is created for the account, it will try to pick the account address (not the employee address) which is protected and hence can't be read.
