2886112 - Error in the External to Internal Candidate job

Getting the following error in the External to Internal Candidate job in provisioning.

"The employee profile for **NAME** was created on **Employee Profile Creation Date**, which is before the hire date **Candidate Profile Creation Date** on the application."

The employee profile is created before the applicant's hired date. There is an old employee profile from the candidates previous employment and you are linking that inactive employee profile to the new application from a new candidate profile.

This is the reason why the re-hiring is not working. There was no deconversion of the old employee profile.

You will need to manually merge the candidate profile using the duplicate candidate feature in admin center. Merge the external and internal candidate profile with the internal candidate profile as the main profile.
