2886199 - Links in RCM Career Site are not following the font size / style defined - Recruiting Management

When I add Links in RCM Career Site, they are not following the font size / style defined in the tool

Hyperlinked text not respecting the formating set in the editor.

Unable to modify the font size of the text in hyperlink.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) - All versions

1. Go to Manage Career Sites
2. Open a site to edit
3. Add a link on the main page
4. Set the font size and style for that Link
5. When you go to the site itself, the link is looking different from what I see on the edit screen

This is caused by the HTML "tag" logic and not related to RCM, illustrated as below:

This is the site editing view, and we setup the font size and style the same way, but in different order (First set the URL, then the font size, then in the other order):

On the end user view, we will see different results, as shown below:

If we check the HTML (Source Button) we will notice in which order each "Configuration" was applied first, either the URL first (1.) or the Style (2.)

In order to keep the desired Style, always add the Size / Style first and the URL Second.
Depending on how this was setup first, you might need to delete the entry and build it from scratch again, just to be sure that the HTML order is as we desire.
