You performed a search in the Outlook Client-Side Add-In which resulted in a given number of documents being displayed in multiple pages.
When you perform a sorting per column (e.g. Sales Orders ID) it sorts only the documents that are listed on the displayed page, ignoring documents in subsequent pages.
