2886309 - Sorting In Outlook Client Side Add-In Only Works Per Page

You performed a search in the Outlook Client-Side Add-In which resulted in a given number of documents being displayed in multiple pages.

When you perform a sorting per column (e.g. Sales Orders ID) it sorts only the documents that are listed on the displayed page, ignoring documents in subsequent pages.

Sorting is restricted per page for 100 records at a time.

This is how the sorting works for the Outlook Client-Side Add-in.
