Symptom 1- After activating the BC sets and generating the rules, the Risk Long Description is blank in SOD risk in NWBC.
Symptom 2- After uploading the SOD data using GRAC_UPLOAD_RULES , the Risk Long Description is not being uploaded.
Symptom 3- Even after following Note 1847877, the Long description remains blank in NWBC.
