2886391 - Error when verifying issuer of digital signature of note file XXXXX.SAR (2)

Symptom

Digital Signed Note Download and Configuration has been implemented successfully, 2808288 KBA has been checked already, However:

1) SA38 -> RCWB_TCI_DIGITSIGN_AUTOMATION report is getting error in step12:

2) Same error can be seen from SLG1 transaction:
Error when verifying issuer of digital signature of note file 0002424539_00.SAR

3) when downloading notes via SNOTE t-code, "Error when verifying the issuer of digital signature of note file XXXXX.SAR" error occurs and downloading digitally signed note got failed.

Environment

ABAP system with digital signed SAP notes function enabled
