2886461 - Content's zip file is not auto-unzipping when uploaded directly via FTP client

Symptom

When uploading a zip file to the FTP server, the file is not auto-unzipping.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Reproducing the Issue

Upload zip file directly to iContent via FTP client, and the file stays zipped in FTP server.

Cause

The "Auto Extract Membership" has not been enabled at server level (EFT).

Resolution

Please engage the support team with the LOD-SF-LMS-SER component and the Operations team will enable the server setting.
