2886552 - Error message when candidates apply from Recruiting Marketing (RMK)

Symptom

Candidates get the following error in Recruiting Management when trying to apply from Recruiting Marketing:

  • error id starts with: c1754993
  • error footprint: 83fed4013c32cfc605ac62574c197f8603434c65

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the RMK site
  2. Open a job requisition
  3. Click apply
  4. The URL of the page changes from RMK career site to RCM URL and we are getting an error message with an id and footprint codes. 

Cause

The URLs set up in Provisioning are not matching the URLs set in Recruiting Marketing.

Resolution

Go to Provisioning of your RCM instance and click Configure Recruiting Marketing Datacenter URL.

Check if the RMK Portal URL and RMK Job Search URL are matching your RMK career site URLs.
