Symptom

  • One of your XS jobs has status ERROR in the XS Job Dashboard of the XS Admin Tool.
  • You see the following error in the xsengine/indexserver trace file and view _SYS_XS.JOB_LOG:

could not create db connection from sql connection configuration <package_id>::<name>, username not set
