2886637 - Cancelled Delivery Requests are still showing as Requested Cancellation in Outbound Logistics - Overview screen

You see Cancelled Delivery Requests  in Overview screen of Outbound Logistics as "Delivery Requests with Requested Cancellation" although corresponding  Outbound Delivery is cancelled.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Navigate to Outbound Delivery Work Center
2. Navigate to Overview View
3. On the Tile Delivery Control: Delivery Requests
4. Select Delivery Requests with Requested Cancellation

Outbound delivery requests listed in the table are in Requested Cancellation although Delivery Requests Cancellation Status are in "Cancelled" Status and corresponding Outbound Delivery is cancelled

As  corresponding Outbound Warehouse Requests  of Delivery Requests are not rejected, Delivery Requests are still showing up as  Requested Cancellation.

In order to resolve the issue, Follow the below steps,

1. Navigate to the Outbound Delivery Work Center
2. Navigate to the Overview View
3. On the Tile Delivery Control: Delivery Requests, Select on Delivery Requests with Requested Cancellation
4. A table of Delivery Requests with Requested Cancellation is shown
5. Select Delivery Request and Select Edit 
6. Navigate to Document Flow
7. Select the corresponding Warehouse Request of Outbound Delivery Request
8. Select Edit Outbound Warehouse Request
9. Select Reject Request 
10. Select Save
