Does Quick Apply feature work with Apply via Linkedin feature?

The Quick Apply feature doesn't work with Apply via LinkedIn feature because Quick Apply does not include Candidate Profile fields. However, a few fields do autopopulate on the account creation/profile page such as First Name, Last Name, and Email. Phone is not part of account create page so this does not autopopulate here.
