2886816 - Supplement to Note 652310 & 67014 & 1083709 about error 'due to open V3 proc not changed'

You want to change an extract structure in the Logistics Extract Structures Customizing cockpit (transaction LBWE), the common error occurs:

• MCEX 140 ("Struct. from appl. &1 due to open V3 proc. not changed -> Long text") (&1 is the application number)

• MCEX 160 ("Change of update mode not possible due to open V3 update -> Long text").

The steps below have been done but error persists:

1. Follow note 1083709: start the "Job Control" in the current client using TCode.LBWE
2. Follow note 1083709: start the "Job Control" in ALL clients that listed by SMQ1 -> Client = * & Queue Name = MCEX* 
3. Follow Note 67014 : Run report RSM13002

##The error often happens on the application whose Update Mode (in TCode.LBWE) is 'Unserialized V3 update'.
